The Adult Community and Further Education (ACFE) Board purchases both pre-accredited and accredited education and training.
The ACFE Board provides services and resources that assist providers of both accredited and pre-accredited programs and supports the achievement of good outcomes for the full range of ACE learners.
Pre-accredited
Pre-accredited programs lie outside the formal recognition system. They are short modular courses designed for learners to gain confidence and skills. Many learners move on to nationally accredited programs or to paid or unpaid employment.

Accredited
Accredited training provides the learner with nationally recognised and transferable skills documented in Statements of Attainment or full qualifications.
