Securing Jobs for Your Future – Skills for Victoria, the Victorian Government’s skills reform initiative, is the largest package of additional funding to be invested in the Victorian skills system. In delivering $316 million in extra funding over four years to the vocational education and training system, the Government is creating an additional 172,000 training places to meet the skill needs of individuals, businesses and the wider Victorian community.

Securing Jobs for Your Future - Skills for Victoria is the largest ever funding boost for the ACE sector and will deliver a number of benefits for ACE providers and learners. These improvements are:
- Increasing funding for training delivery
- Introducing greater contestability for delivery of government-subsidised training . This allows ACE organisations to be rewarded for their efficiency and adaptiveness in delivering to learners
- Delivering the ACFE Capacity Initiatives, a $11 million investment that will build upon the capability of ACE providers to extend their reach and deliver to learners
- Continuing to support ACE organisations deliver to the most disadvantaged learners.
